My main objectives were to re-align the company offering and create an overall solid and defined brand identity that was consistent across all touch points. This ranged from re-designing the introduction presentation to updating the website. Listening to the co-founders vision and identifying how to portray a serene, calmness through tone and visuals whilst taking a customer centric viewpoint on structuring their product offering.

After much discussion and questioning on how and what is most important to the client - I studied all their product offering and created a 6 part Curated Curriculum to categorise their workshops & seminars, allowing the customer to navigate the breath of what they have to offer with ease, which resulted in a 50% increase in engagement.
