I was part of a new venture for Heal's to start a sister company focusing on furniture for small spaces. I was in charge of business operations and customer journey. Setting up the infrastructure of the business, creating categories, product selection, market research, customer profiling and project managing the design of a new website. Designing accessories and collaborating with furniture designers in developing furniture concepts to meet our design brief and target pricing.
